Prior to T&D Partners, we were on parallels tracks in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years across marketing, sales, and clinical research roles. We offer complimentary business approaches taking both a creative and an analytical view on all projects. Our combined experience and unique styles make us perfect partners. Our sister-hood bond is what makes T&D Partners the perfect team.
Dorenda
Tracey
Prior to starting T&D Partners, Tracey was responsible for the sales and marketing department of a start-up patient recruitment company. She also managed the sales department for a Contract Research Organization (CRO). In these roles, she was involved in the development, creation and implementation of all sales/marketing strategies and tactics, proposal and contract negotiation, convention oversight and sales meeting planning. In addition, she created new sales tools, designed a career path guideline for the sales team and executed a formal training plan.
Prior to starting T&D Partners, Dorenda both created and implemented sales and marketing programs for in-line established brands as well as identified and implemented marketing solutions for launch products. In these organizations she was a valued strategic consultant to brand management, developed promotional activities, lead product launches, created sales training, developed marketing/communication plans which included scientific meetings, conventions and advisory boards. In addition, Dorenda offers significant expertise in the development and execution of medical education strategies.
Random facts about us: We’ve been friends since we were 7 and 8 years old
Logo Inspiration: We grew up across the street from each other. Tracey lived in a green house and Dorenda lived in a blue house. We combined our knowledge and expertise to intertwine with one another to form T&D Partners.
